This is a quality brand. It helps with diggestion, constipation. I pair it with clostridium butyricum CBM588 for a great results. Highly recommended. I've learned that spore-forming probiotics work best for me. I wasted a lot of money on bifidobacterium and lactobacillus strains. They make me sick even when it's a quality product that works great for others. I may be sensitive to lactic acid producing probiotics. Some of the lactobacillus that I was trying may have been producing histamine. If your histamine intolerant like I am you have to be careful of that. Probiotics are learning process. But when you find the right ones it works:)

Great product, but very expensive. Comes from Estonia. It does work well. I do recommend it. It helps with bowel function.

I will be a customer for life if these remain affordable. I appreciate that this is a single strain that is known to combat some hefty bugs and we’ve used it to address some ongoing infections in our family with success. This brand is just as effective as one we’d been using but is priced more reasonably. Very happy so far! ETA: These have already begun creeping up in price since my original review, so I’ve begun to try out other reputable companies who sell this strain individually. Quality probiotic brands can be found in many places, so “affordable“ is my first priority.

I started taking this product because NIH reports indicate that subtilis is a staph killer and can significantly reduce the amount of staphylococcus in the nose and gut. I had no difficulty adjusting to the pill. I rated the flavor in the neutral range because I don’t detect any flavor at all. I could actually have rated the product as a five because I do not expect pills to taste good. All I care about is whether or not they taste bad. As far as swallowing the product goes, the pill is somewhat large but not overly so. It’s incased in the typical fairly slippery external material which dissolves when it reaches the stomach. This type of pill is generally easy to swallow. At this point I can’t actually be certain that it has stopped any staph infections, but I can say that I haven’t had any and I am pleased.
