Great product. But the ‘Tall’ is too big by for your average person. As getting neck sprain. Will need to now purchase the medium one. Smells a little.

Very, very ridiculously expensive BUT, WOW—so worth it. I’ve spent a king’s ransom on pillows throughout my life trying to find the “right” one to no avail. Well I finally found it. Praise be to God! I’m a happy sleeper now! No guarantee came in the box. I thought it was to come with a 90 day trial guarantee—maybe not, doesn’t matter because you’ll have to snatch it from my cold dead arms. God willing I’ll be able to afford a second one someday. Only downfall— there was an initial bit of some kind of off-gassing odour, but nothing horrendous and it did disapate.

I’ve searched for a long time to find the perfect pillow for a side sleeper. One that does not require you to bunch it up under your neck for neck support. I finally found it! It’s fantastic. Head sinks in just right. Neck is supported. No more waking up with a stiff neck! Well worth the $180!

Not sure why I didn't purchase this years ago. Now, it is the only pillow I can really sleep on. Provides great neck support, remains cool, and retains its shape. The rubbery smell will eventually slowly fade as time goes on, at least until you remove the cover.
