In 2025 my 86-year-old mother survived a massive heart attack. As a result she’s on 10 tablets a day which cause havoc to her system. Prior to the attack she also had gastric issues and was on a well-known brand for this almost daily. It would cause her painful bloating and other issues. She was also getting bad diahorrea from time to time and was quite miserable overall. I’ve been using Optibac for a few years, Im a pharmacist and always come back to it. It’s gentle on my stomach, doesn’t cause bloating like some cheaper probiotics, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my digestion and energy levels. Especially my IBS I also find it helps when I’m travelling or under stress my stomach just feels more “settled.” I like that it’s vegan and doesn’t need to be refrigerated, which makes it easy to take every morning with my supplements. Yes, it’s a little pricier than supermarket brands, but the difference in quality is obvious. If you’re serious about gut health, this one’s worth it.

I do not take probiotics daily as I eat a varied and healthy diet. On the rare occasions I have "gut problems", usually when travelling, Optibac Probiotics are an excellent remedy and work quickly and effectively. I always keep a supply at home and take them when I travel.

My daughter really struggles with bloating after eating. It can get really painful for her. We were going to start allergy testing but thought we would give these a try. She is so much better for them! They are very effective, easy to take and absolutely worth the money

I’ve suffered with ibs and constipation as I have a condition all my life. This has helped me so much and I’m back to normal. Every morning like clockwork I have bowel movements and I feel great and light!! Ready for the day. I do hope they do some deals as it’s a tad expensive but I guess you pay for the effectiveness

Ich habe diverse Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten (Laktose, Fructose, Histamin) seit meiner Kindheit. Eigentlich weiß ich was ich essen darf/kann, aber gerade im Restaurant/bei Einladungen/Zeiten wie z.B. Weihnachten ist das nicht immer so einfach. Auf andere (auch sehr gut bewertete) Probiotika habe ich mit starken Bauschmerzen/Blähungen reagiert. Im Internet habe ich dann gelesen, dass es Probiotika gibt, bei denen bestimmte Bakterienstämme Histamin produzieren und das erklährt meine starken Reaktionen darauf. OptiBac dagegen ist einfach super: keine Durchfälle mehr, wenn ich es in solchen Situationen vorbeugend nehme (Morgens und Abends je eine Tablette), schnelle Hilfe wenn der Bauch doch einmal durcheinander gerät, bessere Verträglichkeit von Produkten, bei denen ich sonst schon auf kleinste Mengen reagiere und keine Nebenwirkungen. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
