MEDca Hearing Personal Sound Enhancer

I bought this for my very elderly mother who had bought a set of expensive hearing aids but then lost one. This was intended to be a make do until she got new ones, but she really likes these so I bought one for the other ear as well. She instantly went from not being able to follow a conversation and being a bit out of it, to being able to hear well. It is simple to use and she liked the fact she could feel the aid was in (and so could be confident she would notice if it fell out). Cheap and effective.

Not very strong or loud enough, too big only worked for three days! I am totally dead without these very disappointing

Soo I'm not death so can't say much but my grandad is amost stone death and says he can hear with these but i still find my self shouting unlike other hearing aids i bought for him, but he is nearly stone death so it's partly his hearing rather than the hearing aid.

For the Price ,they are Good Value ,Quite easy to Adjust the Volume etc.

so far it is working very well - the controls are easy to use - time will tell how reliable it is but so far so good - worth mentioning that these behind the ear devices are.in my opinion, far better than the in ear ones - the controls are easuer and less fiddly update - the claim that battery life is long is rather optimistic - in my experience they last about 3 days of use but this still a good aid

I got this as others I bought didn’t work sadly this one is no better the sound is awful tinny and makes ears worse So disappointed might try send back sadly I had to send others back gutted for me gutted for the seller

Very large husband has a great problem keeping them in his ear also battery does not last more than 12 hours

Got them for my dad as lost his during lockdown and unable to leave his home. Larger than normal but does the job perfectly

Versterkt inderdaad maar blijft niet goed zitten, is groot en moeilijk in te stellen. Beter maar voor een echte oplossing gaan

The husband lost his hearing aid...not read to invest in a new one. He has hearing only in one ear. This is working great for him. It does require finding the right adjustment and in some situations it amplifies the background noise too much, but for the price its amazing!

Un bon fonctionnement mais le tube est trop petit ; fait tombé l'appareil .
