I really like my Aura. I previously had a nixplay for many years, but was disappointed when Nixplay began requiring a subscription for $30 a year. I love that Aura has no subscription and unlimited data. The image quality is excellent. It is very easy to invite friends and family to contribute. I like that you can either use the app or just text a photo and it will be uploaded. I like that you can press the button on top and it says where the photo was taken. I am very happy with this replacement for my nixplay which broke after many years. And I appreciate not having a subscription.

this was gifted to me for christmas one year and i loved it so much ever since i’ve also been gifting it because it’s a timeless and perfect gift for anyone. you simply plug it in and it will automatically turn on and off based on light detection in the room. the display quality is absolutely amazing it even includes live photos. there is an app that goes along with the frame that is extremely easy to use. overall a great product.

This frame is awesome! Got as Christmas gift. My kids who live in other locations send me photos. Easy to use APP allows me to adjust settings like display time, which pictures to display, photo order, captions, etc.. I love it and watch it daily. Quality is great, powered by 120 VAC, big enough to see across the room. Working for about 30 days now with zero issues.

My daughter loves her gift & can pictures with me. She put the frame in her home office & can watch it anytime. It’s easy to set up & add photos & share on the Aura app.

I bought my Aura Carver frame in May 2024. It replaced another brand which either could not or would not connect to the newer WiFi in my house, which the Aura has no problem with. Pros for the Aura (1) very easy to connect to WiFi 6 and higher; (2) very easy to setup once I downloaded the app on iPhone: (3) also plays videos with sound; (4) has auto turn on and off via a light sensor, so I never missed any images by forgetting to turn it on; (5) clear, sharp photos; (6) easy to adjust setting like how long the picture displays and to go back to one you wanted to set again; (6) infinite capacity for photos (I have over 1100); (7) very easy to add photos; (8) world class customer service. My screen failed, gradually (over 3-4 days) but totally. Online chat help was good but unsuccessful, but email customer support was confusing since they are in London (England) and I had to to calculations of how many hours I was different (8 hours) to try to contact them. No phone number is listed. I finally got pissed and sent them an email, on a Friday and knowing they were already closed in England for the weekend. Astonishingly, I got several replies over the weekend, and by the time we connected on Monday they had already sent me a replacement unit. It arrived three days later, and walked me through the process of transferring all the photos. It went flawlessly and quickly. The company even followed up by reaching out to me to see if I had any questions or issues. Note that I have given this device as presents to other people because I like the frames so much. My own frame has a place of prominence in the house, where my wife and I, and guests, can watch it and get immersed in the photos and memories. Now that traveling is harder for us, we love to see pictures of where we went and who we were with. The concept of digital frames itself is great, but this is easily the easiest to use and the highest quality of the five frames we have owned over the years.

We love our Aura frame! It's the perfect size, it was easy to set up, with straight forward instructions. It is very easy to share add pictures and share from your phone- also really easy to invite others to add pictures if you choose. 'It is sturdy if you have it a certain way, I do wish that like some of their bigger options, it also had a way that you can make it into portrait mode instead of just landscape.

Love that anyone can download the app and send photos to this frame, so the whole family can use it and send pics at any time. Very quick to load/add photos, - they show up on the frame quickly. Do not like that you can't customize a bit more within the frame. Some pics are cropped too much, or too blown up looking. Not super easy for Grandma to turn on and off, as there is no actual button. Secret, unmarked push button on top and have to hold / slide it to turn off. Lots of other brands out there to possible try, at a hint better price. But this one one a friend had used and suggested. Was very easy right out of the box ad overall works well.

I bought this frame for my mom and she absolutely adores it. So easy to set up. And so easy to download the app and add photos to it. Great gift for anyone!

Über die App kann eine unbegrenzte Anzahl von Fotos oder Videos hochgeladen werden. Dazu benötig man eine WLAN-Verbindung mit Bluetooth. Die Einrichtung empfinde ich als einfach. Die Verarbeitung des Rahmens und das beigefügte Kabel mit Netzteil: Alles hochwertige Qualität. Das ist bereits der zweite Bilderrahmen, den ich bestellt habe.
