Great Firewall Micro Appliance
Installed the beginning of February. I was looking for a firewall appliance to segment my traffic with high speed 2.5Gbe NICs now that I am working from home. This device works great! I went with OPNsense firewall. The faster NIC's were a great upgrade to my network since my access point supports it. I am not using the built in WIFI since most of my devices are now WIFI6 but may move my IOT devices at some point. I went with the 6 port version to accommodate WAN, LAN, DMZ, WIFI, 4G LTE backup. Overall, I am happy with this appliance.

stopped working after 13 months
It worked ok for a year, now it no longer powers on. Checked the A/C plug, its getting power so its the hardware that won't power on anymore.

Not quite as advertised, but usable
I purchased this to be a replacement for a home automation server since i have several network subnets it needed to manage. I was replacing one from a few years back of similar design. Here is where the disappointment/problems creep in: The OS loaded is listed as windows 10, it was a standard copy of PFsense. so in that I feel a bit cheated. The box it came in was not for the hardware within. It showed a 4-port instead of a 6 port device and had a vga port instead of hdmi displayed. Luckily, I chose to still open the box instead of just returning it directly. The device within was the 6-port unit as I had ordered. Inside, it has a place to mount an 2.5 inch ssd. Unfortunately the wire is so short, and stiff, it pressed against the heatsink for the wireless module. I am concerned that it may melt through as I use it. The fanless design looks and feels solid. I used the VESA mount to put the unit on the wall and it is doing great. It is quick and reboots smoothly. The America Megatrends bios is familiar and easy to tweak for my use case. Overall it rates a solid B.

Excellent Firewall device
I am using two of these devices in a high-availability dual-WAN failover setup with OPNSense and they are pretty awesome! The 2.5G/b ports are a great addition - especially having 6x of them! I’ve tested several of these kinds of appliances and this is one of the most reliable ones I’ve used.

Well built
Well built and support did assist with a small networking issue. It is a great device.

Dead after 1 year
Hardware died after 11.5 months. No lights, and the power supply is good. PfSense does not work well bridging ports with multiple vlans. It's a router, it makes a poor switch. Wi-Fi on the device wasn't worth setting up. If you purchase this FW also get a switch and AP.

Great Multiport Router
Overall, a great little powerful router with enough ports to allow all sorts of network layouts, multi LAN/multi WAN etc One minor consideration, I haven't figured out how to disable the buzzer when it boots, so its a bit annoying when it reboots, of course, its a router, so reboots should be few and far between, especially if like me you have it on a ups. I got this to replace an edge router x, because I now have several systems capable of >1gbs networking, and wanted to upgrade my network layout while I was at it. Configuration was pretty straightforward, though I had to have a keyboard and monitor connected to set the default WAN and LAN port, so if you can't get anything to connect that might be why. I now have multiple LANs with custom firewall rules and routing and things seem to be humming swimmingly. The chassis gets moderately toasty under load, but not dangerously so, just don't put a blanket or pillow over it and it shouldn't have any risk of overheating. Just some basic stress tests I put it through shows that 1.2gb of through traffic uses ~22% of the cpu, so it looks like the total max bandwidth will come out around 5.4gb, though even more complex rulesets would likely reduce that.
