No problems with this at all.
Clear picture, good sound, lots of mounting options, plus a privacy shutter. Don’t understand the negative comments. It's a great quality camera which dues the job just fine. Plug n play in Windows or OSx.

Not as good as Streamcam
I bought Brio500 to complement my Streamcam to have 2 angle view. Brio500 was visibly worse webcam. Looks like Streamcam has superior glass lens which makes the biggest difference. Although these are webcams from tha same company I could not match the colour. Brio500 returned. I think I either go for another Streamcam or try Facecam from Elgato. Logitech disappointed with the newer Brio500.

Would not work on M2 mac
I bought this as an update to my old Logitech camera, this was okay on my M2 MacBook Air, but it was very old and dated. I just could not get this camera to show any picture on the screen. I loaded the software and it told me a firmware update was needed, but every time I tried the update it failed, and I could find no reason for this. I am returning this and will try a different WebCam. Can't comment on the features as I couldn't see any of them. At least the returns process is simple.

Die Logitech Brio 500 nutze ich seit 3 Monaten hauptsächlich für Videokonferenzen und gelegentliche Content-Erstellung. Als Upgrade von einer älteren C920 zeigt sie deutliche Verbesserungen. **Performance im Test** Die beworbene 4K-Aufnahme bei 30fps funktioniert einwandfrei, allerdings benötigt man USB 3.0 für die volle Auflösung. Bei 1080p sind auch 60fps möglich, was für flüssigere Bewegungen sorgt. Der Autofokus arbeitet zuverlässig und stellt auch bei wechselnden Lichtverhältnissen schnell scharf. Die automatische Belichtungskorrektur reagiert etwas träge, passt sich aber gut an verschiedene Lichtsituationen an.

Bought this with the intention of it working with Windows Hello. It didn’t. Contact seller and it says cannot be refunded. To contact LogiSupport. Contacted LogiSupport and they claim it is not supported despite all their documentatIon saying it is compatible with Windows Hello. Waste of time and money
