The brush is sturdy, has NOT lost 1 bristle after ~1 month of use (about 3 - 4 times per week), feels great on skin and can notice a difference after using the beard brush. I'd also point out that I don't brush straight vertical up and down, but feel if you do a 30- 45 degree downward stroke towards your chin, it helps align your beard nicely, (could just be my face structure though). I'm so impressed with this brush I've actually bought 2 more to give as gifts to friends. The $9.99 investment will be well worth it over the years with a brush as sturdy and resilient as this one.

I've never used a beard brush before, I always used a comb which puffed out my beard. Not exactly nice. I read up on this and it seemed to be what I needed. My beard isn't very long and my face skin is pretty sensitive. At first this brush feels scratchy but after brushing for a bit it starts to feel pretty nice. I used it after applying beard oil normally. It gets my beard to straighten out a little and look a bit less caveman-ish.I've read about bristles falling out, I didn't notice any with mine. After using the oil, I normally rinse the brush before storing and haven't had any problems.I do recommend buying it.

Nice wooden base. Bristles were moderately tough. Personally I don't like my objects working as advertisements, so I removed the Jack Dean from the back.

I bought this brush as a two in one solution for both my hair and beard. It works great on very short hair like mine where you are pushing the hair in the direction you want without really "styling" it, for which you would want a regular plastic tooth brush.I wouldn't recommend it for longer than clipper length hair OR for a beard longer than a 9 on a shaver. For longer, thick beards it simply doesn't have bristles long enough or stiff enough to get the job done.The size is nice and compact and the ergonomics are good for such a basic design. On the downside it is a pain to clean and if the bristles get bent you will never straighten them out again.

The bristles are so closely spaced that the brush gets stuck in your hair if you use any sticky sort of product, like pomade, paste, or wax. It's also relatively painful on the scalp. It might do all right with gel or hairspray. Personally, I threw the thing in the trash and bought a $3.99 comb.

My wife bought me this brush as a Christmas gift. I was totally surprised as I suspected she would want me to chop off my beard and not help me to groom it properly. From the moment I opened the box this brush has made growing and grooming my beard much easier. The course bristles cut through tough and tangled beard hair with no problem. It makes my beard feel instantly softer. My wife now loves the beard and doesn't want me to shave it. We are also now pregnant. Not saying this brush will help to knock up your old lady, but it will certainly help you get closer.

I have been using this brush for two weeks mainly to brush my beard hair and it has proved itself a worthy purchase. The brush is at a size and shape that I can grasp comfortably while its hard bristles allow me to tame my coarse beard hair with the help of beard oil. Out of the package, this brush looks and feels well made as I have yet to lose any bristles.

I've been using this exact same model brush for years and was glad they are still available. Good stiff but not to stiff bristles. Does not shed loose bristles much. Recommended...

These were replacements for a pair I have had for many years. The retailer had a problem with Royal Mail, who lost the parcel, but great communication throughout and they turned up after resending. Impressed!Product is great, fits the hand well and bristles are firm but not harsh.

Mit dieser Haarbürste bürstet man sich die Haare - und es klappt sogar. Ne, aber im Ernst, kein Borstenausfall, sehr gut zu reinigen/enthaaren, liegt gut und solide aber nicht zu schwer in der Hand... sehr gute Bürste. Wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal. Und so teuer, daß man nicht gleich beim ersten Mal zur Qualität greifen kann, ist diese Bürste ja auch nicht. Empfohlen.

Bought this and have used it for 2 years. Works great on my beard and I use it on my head hair too sometimes! Good quality, would recommend.
