Unreliable mobile network reception. Poor build quality and durability: The product is made with cheap, low-quality materials that fall apart easily, making it not worth the price. Lack of customer support: There is no user manual provided, and customers are left to figure out how to operate the device on their own after purchase. Misleading sales tactics: The seller uses two different brand names (Fredi and Safetynet) for the same product to avoid negative reviews.
