Support team works fast and is helpful
The printer is great and 99.9% works fine without issues and is easy to use. I ran into an issue once but the support team replied to the emails quietly fast and followed up on the resolution

Brilliant product
I keep it in the kitchen and use it to label stuff going into the freezer, jars in the fridge, spice jars and all sorts of containers in the kitchen cupboards. The app is really easy to use and it connects to the printer first time, every time with no problems or hassle.

Stopped printing after single use
Poor quality printer—only printed 5-6 stickers and went to use a second time and it just sends out blank stickers. I followed the repair steps over and over but it still would never work. Also, the quality is super cheap looking. Definitely would not recommend.

Je l'utilise tous les jours pour étiqueter des sacs sous vide, boîte de mise en place ou boîte pour la vente à emporter. Il est facile de programmer des QR codes via l'application ou juste du texte ou images ou photos. En tant que professionnel de l'alimentation elle est bien plus pratique qu'une étiqueteuse manuelle. Je la recommande vivement. Elle est également très pratique pour toute la bureautique (classeurs, pochettes , cahiers d écoles etc...)

Do not expect to be able to print PDF files or user created illustrations, like logo's or shipping labels. I couldn't even print a label without wasting labels, maybe my printer version has a bad sensor. But still customer service is the worst. If you go to FAQ every question is documented, but the answers are just plain and vague. Many beginner/small influencers are very excited for the products of Phomemo because they get accepted easily and get a very great affiliate commissions, I found out. Overall this product is I think great for home to print labels for organization. But DEFINITELY NOT for BUSINESS USE!!!

Molto semplice da usare, intuitiva e velocissima: in un secondo è pronta! L’app è fatta benissimo e permette di creare etichette personalizzate in ogni minimo dettaglio. Sono molto soddisfatta!

This is a centered image I played with to try and get a hang of the machine. About every 6th label can come out ok. If you adjust the label each try. Would never recommend this one I believe that only the 7cm wide label is acceptable for this. But I haven’t that one to try out.
