The item was a great gift for 3 yr old birthday. The sounds and phrases worked great. The playset is well made very delightful as imagination runs free. Loved the size. My granddaughter loves playsets and play houses this was a wonderful gift.

Durable and cute house. I love the ability to apply the stickers on your own, to add your own fun touch to the house. The sound/song button is a little hard to push, you have to push pretty hard in just the right spot, but the sound/songs are fun and I appreciate being able to turn the sound off!

Great playhouse for girls and boys, comes with a lot of little toys and stickers. Had to watch a YouTube video about where to put the stickers though. My son wanted a playhouse and his dad was against a Barbie one so this was a great alternative that made everyone happy

This set is way overpriced IMHO. I'd say about $50 would be fair - right now, it's $100. However, my daughter who is 2.5 years old, loves it so that makes it worth it to us. It's made fairly well although I think the Fisher Price Little People sets are roomier, made better and have more features and interactivity. This set comes with a fair amount of pieces. However, many are very small and I had to put them up until my daughter is a little older. There is a single button that you can push that plays really short pieces of music or dialogue. I find that some of the dialogue is hard to understand. I like that it can be latched for easier storage. I do feel that front to back, it should be bigger for easier play. The furniture barely fits in the rooms and it's difficult for her to play with such small spaces. The "dance floor" I also found a bit lacking. I would have thought it would snap to the house somehow, but it's just a separate piece. I did carefully read reviews and the product description as well as view the videos, so I was aware before purchasing that the mom and dad figures (Chilli and Bandit) were not included, which seemed strange since it's their house and for the high price tag, they could have included them. The videos were a little misleading as it does show those figures. My daughter is happy so I'm happy, but otherwise, this is definitely priced way too high. I guess like everything else, you're paying for the name.
