A good cream for aches and pains

I bought 2 packs by mistake but I use it all the time. I would never be without it in my cupboard. It works out cheaper than supermarket unless it's really cheap for the 100mg size which works out usually between £4.50 to £5.00 for something I use daily adds up. I especially use it when I get the spasm in my coccyx and it goes into my bum cheeks TMI lol. I have MS and Spinal alkalosis spondylitis. I kid you not I get it worst in winter and without this I don't think I would be writing this review. The pain everyday get's you very down. I've had to come into a nursing home recently because I lost my husband and I went into crisis. I'm only 50 and never thought life could be this cruel. I just wanted to give a genuine review and those that suffer knows my experience. Those that do sports should use this also. It's ok for any age, please don't use it on private areas or areas that are sensitive. Start with a minimal amount and rub it in well.

Excellent value and a proper size 100g (compared to high street)

I recieved my deep heat packs, I am very pleased I have been using deep heat for many years now and find that it give me good relife from muscle pain, especailly if used after you have had a shower or bath because your pours are open and you get a real powerful deep heat experience from the ingrediants which last longer and gives much more concentrated pain relife.

This hits the spot. I have tried many different pain relief creams and found this is the best. You can feel the warmth from it. Some people may not like the smell but I do as I grew up with my mum using the same cream. So it has been well and truly tested over the years. I personally think it's great value for money.
