Decent amount of lithium and works well for getting your dose of this essential trace element, with many benefits for cognitive and immune health. The chloride form seems to have a more systemic relaxation effect than the orotate form for me.

If dosed the right way it will be beneficial but people with thyroid issues beware. It can cause swelling/irritability of the thyroid

Excellent vale and size for the price. Salty water flavor, and 5 drops twice a day under the tongue has relieved my brain fog expediently. If you have a mentally demanding life, I would recommend this product.

I've been reading about the benefits of small doses of lithium. This brand was the best I could find, and the best type of lithium. I can alter the amount of dosage according to how many drops I use. A capsule is too strong, so this works perfectly for me. I was afraid that it would taste nasty, but it tastes like water.

I love this lithium for mood (helps calm anxious thoughts) and sleep (calms you so you can sleep). And it's not the orotate form, which I have read can damage the kidneys. You can take it during the day and/or at bedtime, it works to calm you any time you take it. It's too bad it's not made in a larger bottle if you want to take more than 2mg (such as 5 or 10mg), as then the cost adds up.
