Custom Rustic Wooden Shot Board Ski

First off it came busted in half, and I got a hold of the company and they were very kind to ask for a picture and then they sent me a new one and I received quickly. So the customer service was impeccable. I believe that happened in transit not at the place where it was built. This came smelling so good, real wood and BEAUTIFUL! I have it at my beach rental with "Casa del Paraiso" transcribed on it and it has 4 holes for shot glasses. I use this as the first thing you see before opening the doors. I always laugh at the guests comments in the guest book because the first thing they talk about is this board. They all love it and say it's a gorgeous surprise. They use it and it is in Mexico so I guess the tequila is flowing down there... I know it's used all the time but really, the happiness of sight and decor adds so much to my Mexico/Beach theme. Love this addition, the board is strong, looks fabulous and I am thrilled to have it right as my guests walk in. Totally recommend to anyone interested to purchase as a gift or for themselves. Buying another one for my daughter's boyfriend's parents this Christmas. Before I took it down to Mexico I made them my guinea pigs to make sure the shot glasses didn't fall out and it passed with flying colors, not just with the glasses not falling out but for their utter amazement of it's beauty. Love it!

The shot ski was beautifully crafted and exactly as I hoped it would look. I highly recommend. Everyone was impressed with this gift. It was a very unique wedding gift that was gifted at the bachelorette party.

I am so very pleased with this Shotski. My daughter was so happy to get it. It is great to do shots with friends and also nice enough to hang up as a decoration. Would so buy again!

Not happy with the item overall and questioned whether what I got was what I ordered. When I asked the seller to send confirmation, they stopped responding. Assuming I did order the wrong item, I also inquired about exchanging it or retuning it. The seller stated they would exchange it if I paid for shipping. I asked about the shipping cost and never received a response. I am now stuck with and item that I don't like, not what I wanted and the quality is poor. I've been refused a refund and was never able to exchange, though I was willing to pay for shipping to get what I needed. This was for a wedding and I had to order another one from someone else and will be out of the $80 I paid for this. Very unhappy with the experience overall, the item, the seller and Amazon.
