Please do not buy this product. Ordered this bluetooth dongle for my PC. The moment I received it I was excited and relieved that I can use my wireless headphones again, as my old dongle of tp-link stopped working after 5 years of service. I should have gone for tp-link again, it's my mistake to order this product. Delivery on 15th July 2025 (happened in 1 day), but it's not working and there's no option to return and refund. I was only given 1 option to raise for a Replacement, disappointed but had to raise for the replacement product. Guess what, the replacement will only be delivered after 7 days. I wonder how actual order is delivered in 1 day and replacement takes 7 days. Now I need to wait for 7 days, not sure even if the replaced product would work or it's same junk item. I cannot use my wireless headphones with my PC for another 1 week. Honestly, stay away from such cheap products, I will do the same in future. Amazon should blacklist such products and take them down from their store.

It worked in my PC/Desktop. Sometimes it doesn't connect speakers as Audio Device that causes my computer to not change output. You can solve this problem by removing your speaker from paired devices and re-pairing the device. Overall, it is a very good product if we consider the price Rs. 194.00. Audio quality is good, also depends on speakers.

It worked great in the beginning but started disconnecting after 3-4 months and after 6 months, it's completely stopped working. Better invest more money and get one from tp-link. This will only waste your money. Only buy this if your budget is low and you want short term solution.

This Does Not Works I Tried Installing Every Bluetooth Driver Still Its Not Detecting! My USB Port Is 100% Working Still This Is ADAPTER Is Not Detecting & Working!

I tried plugging this Bluetooth USB into every USB port, restarted the computer several times but it does not work properly. Even if I keep it, it does not connect to my Bluetooth and when I turn off Bluetooth in my computer, my computer started restarting repeatedly and due to this I had to reset my PC. That is why I want to return it
