Nintendo 3DS Console, Ice White (Renewed)

I was looking to buy a christmas gift for my sister I initially wanting the black Friday edition new 3ds. When Amazon released it a day early and no one was notified I was obviously upset as it was 99 dollars. After looking for more deals(it was black Friday week) I found this one for 180. Considering it comes with two sets of face plates and a game it was a steal imo. Package came quick and in perfect condition. Only complaint if any is that it doesn't come with a charger which is an issue with ever other "new" 3ds model as well. Nintendo's reasoning is that they thought everyone had already owned a system and already had a charger which is completely​ rediculous. They also said that they wanted to reduce the price of the system which if your already paying close to 200 dollars im sure you can pay 10 dollars more just to be able to play the system! Anyways the product itself is loads of fun and my sister is always playing it... Sometimes I even have to stop her.

Ordered this for my son for Christmas, when we opened it up it seemed to work fine through the set up, though even then I noticed the screen had to be pressed very hard in order to work. However once setup was complete it did not work whatsoever. No response on the touch screen and the it just glitched nonstop. Had to return. Pretty big downer for a 6 year-old on Christmas Day.

I got this console due to my other one not arriving in the mail. Other than a few minor problems im quite happy with it. First off, this console is like really small (not too much of an issue since I got small hands). I'd say it's about 4-5 inches long, so if you have big hands go for an xl version. Second, I like many others, had something missing from mine. For me it was the SD card, although not too big of an issue since I already was planning to upgrade the default one I was supposed to get. Overall pretty happy with what I got.

With the Christmas Rush, and the low supply of the 99.00 versions of the New Nintendo 3ds, I decided to purchase the bundle. Although slightly higher than retail, I still received a new product by the vendor. The game comes preloaded, and other than the complaints that the charger doesn't come standard (totally weird in my opinion, but whatever) everything was great. My kid loves it. Played Mario for a few days, but got into the other games quickly. Its even more exponentially fun since his bff has the exact same model. So the two of them can spend hours with all of the different functions. He lost the stylus somewhere, but I read that's a common issue. It's compact, fun, and totally worth it. Being born and bred off of nintendo, this was an evolution that suited my family's needs at a cost point that wasn't as broke-the-wallet as the other bundles. And my kid has one. Totally worth it if you can find it for retail. If you buy online from a third party, make sure you camel camel camel it to ensure you got the best price. I charted it for two months.... then when the price wasn't going to get lower than 190.00 I bought it. As you can see the price can fluctuate, and even the used models can retail the value of what I paid. Don't hate the player, hate the game for Nintendo's low supply, and nostalgic demand that causes these devices to be inflated. Super happy with the product. Happy with the 3rd party vendor. Happy that I can sneak a few hours when my kid is asleep and can play in the dark, cause my original's screen was green and you needed a separate light to play at night.

Absolutely love this model of 3DS. I wish there were more base colors for the New 3DS, but I endlessly enjoy my Pokémon plates on the white one. 3DS used to be the home of Pokémon before the Switch, so of course it's already a memorable system. But there's tons of incredible series I was turned onto because of the huge library on the eShop. Shantae, Fire Emblem, Shin Megami Tensei! The 3DS is the reason I got a PS4 to play Persona 5 after starting with SMT IV. Many many wonderful games make this system worth having forever.

How do you sell this with no power adapter? My son got it for Christmas and couldn't use it because we couldn't charge it. Now we have to wait another day and then go search for a charger. Why wouldn't you just include the charger????? What's the point?

Use this all the time i moded it and it plays amazing there where some cracks and the included charger was not that good but its still amazing.

The new Nintendo 3DS is one of two products Nintendo released to fully refine the 3DS experience. Battery life too low? We improved that! 3D function too finicky? We improved that! Want to use those mega popular amiibo figures we released? Here's built in functionality for you! It's great! The other product is the new Nintendo 3DS XL with all the above plus larger screens. The reason I chose the former, though is the interchangeable plates. I really like aesthetic features like this and the ability to change the look on the fly was an amazing feature to add. As for the included game... it's Mario! You can never go wrong with an official Mario game. 3D Land in general really shows off how well gaming in 3D can be. With the improved 3D functions, its inclusion was a no-brainer. I am very happy with this purchase. It's just the right size for my "medium" hands and everything works as well as advertised. Truly a fun experience!

Another proud owner of this amazing edition. Had owned mostly every mainstream systems since my nes days. None I had bought more than 1’s but 3ds is what i’ve Uncontrollably bought 3 from since the Aqua Blue original —> new3ds xl —> *this*

For some reason it won't let me include pictures of the product but its 2021 and this product got discontinued long ago yet it came new and fully wrapped. I'm fully happy and pleased about this product, thank you.

Didnt get the game or interchangable face plates aside from that the system was in fantastic shape but returned due to lack of items that was supposed to get which was the buying feature for me. So overall dissatisfied.

UPDATE: After using this for a long time, I find it hard to go back to the 3DS XL. The smaller size and lower weight makes it a joy to use. Whether you're sitting down, lying down, or holding it up with both hands, it doesn't tire you out quickly. The swappable face plates is a godsend for people who worry about their devices looking nice and new - I feel comfortable playing without using a plastic case. The good: I have a new 3DS XL and this one. After transferring my contents to this regular sized 3DS, all the images look a lot more crispy and sharp. The XL shares the same screen resolution as this regular sized model, which means the DPI on this would be much higher than that of the XL. Even though I have fairly big hands, this feels more comfortable to hold. This is because my hands can curl around this device more naturally, rather than having the corners dig into my palm. The smaller form factor also means it’s easier to carry around, and can be easily slipped into your pocket. I love being able to customize this 3DS’s cover plates. You can swap them out and change it to the other set of cover plates included in this bundle. I bought a Pikachu cover plate on eBay and it looks great! The bad: For some reason, the “super stable 3D” seems to have a hard time focusing if your head is too far from the screen. As a result, I always have to hold it relatively close to my face. This was not a problem on the new 3DS XL. Even though the screen size doesn’t look too different compared to the XL, there is a DRASTIC difference. While casual games feel fine, serious games like monster hunter generations, super smash bros, and fire emblem feel like they need to be played on a bigger screen. Personally, I also feel that this is less aesthetically pleasing compared to the XL. The bigger screen on the XL makes the bezels look much smaller, making it more sleek and modern looking. The regular sized new 3DS simply looks like a kid’s toy (which it is…) I decided to keep both devices, as I find that this regular sized 3DS is well suited to casual games like Pokemon or some retro and DS games

It works very well and the game it came preloaded with is very fun
