Assuming it wears well, I think this is a good mattress protector. I washed it before use, and it came through machine washing and drying with no problems. It was easy to put on and fits snugly.

I bought this matress pad for our new sleeper sofa matress. I was hoping it would be fluffier than it actually is. It's pretty flat and hardly puffy at all. It was very crinkly and noisey when I took it out of the package because of the plastic backing and I was worried about that, but I washed it first as suggested on the gentle cycle in my washer. It shows on the tag that it can be put in the dryer but I was reluctant about that becasue it was definitely plastic on the underside. When I took it out of the washer, even though it went through the spin cycle, water was actually pouring off the plastic side. So I decided to put three large bath sheet towels which were dry into the dryer with the mattress pad. I put my dryer on the second to the lowest setting, just above air dry. I checked it after 20 minutes and one of the towels was pretty wet, so I removed that one and kept drying. I checked in another 20 minutes and then I rearranged the mattress pad to be sure the cotton side was facing out. I did that one more time after that and it was finally dry. The plastic side came through unscathed, thank goodness. So if you're considering buying this, I recommend a gentle wash cycle and very low dryer setting with some extra towels thrown in to absorb the excess water. We'll have to wait and see how it performs when my guest arrives tomorrow. It did fit my queen sleeper sofa perfectly so I was pleased with that. I was just hoping it would be fluffier for extra comfort.

I bought this cover specifically for its waterproof protection, and it hasn't disappointed. It's completely effective; water/liquid doesn't seep through at all, protecting my mattress perfectly. The best part is that, despite being waterproof, it doesn't sound like plastic and is comfortable thanks to the padding. It fits well and washes easily. I highly recommend it for families, children, or pets!

This is the one you want. Today is November 11 2025. I write this as I am washing all the blankets sheets and covers. I bought this in June this year. 5 yr old granddaughter had small accidents here and there since then and this protector held up great. Last night her little kidneys were working over time. Soaked a pull up and overflowed it A lot. Like I don't think this little girl drank that much water all day. I bought this cover to go under the one, different brand, I already had just for double protection. Glad I did... The top one was Soaked and a large puddle was obvious. This one was wet on the top but nothing on the bottom. My comfy cushiony mattress topper was Saved! I would absolutely buy this mattress protector again. Buy it, you won't be sorry you did.

Hubby and I had been wanting a little more life out of our 7 year old mattress so we decided to try this as we had been waking up with back aches here and there. The price was perfect and we love our bamboo sheets so we made the purchase. We are so happy we did!!! It is very plush and pretty thick... almost like sleeping on what I would imagine a firm cloud might feel like. It has very deep pockets so it fits our California King perfectly! We are on night 3 and I have been waking up very rested with no aches. Ours did not smell at all, we did put it in the dryer on air dry to fluff it up when we received it. Love that it is climate friendly as well. My only complaints are that we don't want to leave our bed and that we didn't buy it sooner! Would absolutely recommended!!!

Fits my massive fat mattress and doesn’t slip off! I love it!!

The ad says the mattress pad is stuffed with 100% cotton filling, there is absolutely no cotton whatsoever in this item. The filling is 100% polyester. The whole thing is cheap polyester crap made in China. I have attached a photo of the tag as proof. Saying all that, it does feel soft and wasn't crazy expensive, so two stars.
