This set of bands are pretty resilient. I have intentionally stretched them beyond what I thought their capable limit and I was surprised how they have not suffered any laxity from it. The elastic is resilient, doesn’t have that funky smell, and the length of them is mostly appropriate for a 5’3” individual. You can modify the length by adjusting the slide of the band and tying a knot, but I have not tried this.The handles are comfortable to hold, the Velcro straps are pretty comfortable even though one of them has some pointed material that digs into my ankle so I have to position the cuff just right. they clip onto the bands with ease. The price and variety of weights and ability to clip multiple bands onto the handles or cuffs is great. I would recommend.

Great product, makes my work outs super effective, easy to use and stretches nicely! The bands come in all kinds of resistance levels, and the design is nice and easy to use.

I bought this set for physical therapy (at home workout). It is just as nice as the set I use at the PT office. It came with several weights (in terms of resistance) and they are marked so you don’t have to guess. The set came in a bag fo storage, has an attachment for the door along with handles. The set was affordable, great quality and allows me to do all of the prescribed exercises.

I begin a routine with this elastic band and perfectly substitute a Dumble. If you don't have sufficient space in your home or live rented this product is perfect for you. The resistance level is good, the strength is average and you can do many exercises with it.

The resistance bands did exactly as I needed and are perfect for my use. I love the chart of exercises, it is helpful and works for my husband and his bands as well.

Prior to purchasing these bands, I was using a cheap set of 3 bands that I bought at Marshall's to take on a trip to Hawaii. I had been using dumbells/hand weights, but did not want to take that weight on the plane. (We went for a long vacation - I needed the space in the suitcase for clothes!) I really like how these bands go up in a "5-lb" range. While I'm not positive that the 20 lb band actually reflects the amount of strength needed to lift this band, this set allows me to increase the resistance in a somewhat measurable way so that I know that the 30-lb band is tougher than the 25-lb band and much tougher than the 10-lb band. The over-the-door piece and ankle attachments that are included with this set have changed my entire workout. I can now do reverse curls, pull downs, and other exercises that I could not do with my beginners Gaiam set. Also, I like that the clips on the handles are an easy to use metal clip rather than the awkward, wider plastic clip on the Gaiam set. The materials of this set of bands seem pretty top-of-the-line to me and the length of the bands is adjustable! My workouts have definitely improved with their use. And, these are great value for the price! I've only been working out with resistance bands since January so I'm not some world class weight lifter. They would probably find other options more helpful. But for the novice, beginner, even intermediate gal, these are pretty great.
