I have no idea how to mount actual antlers to this. I used it for a stuffed animal that my dog got for Christmas. She tore the head off within 5 minutes and delivered it to my lap. It had to get mounted. This is what I chose, and it worked perfectly.

Nice wood finish

Pressboard with a wood tone finish. The skull cap leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is cheaply made but it looks OK from a distance. I wont buy this again.

Used for a cheap way to mount a rack for a kid. Easy to do, comes with a red and a cream colored cap cover. Those covers are very thin plastic and cheap quality! The Velcro that came with it to stick the cover was messed up and I had to hot glue it on. Still turned out ok for the $ and it was my first attempt at a DIY mount.

This is absolute garbage. Flimsy, cheap material and impractical assembly. Do not waste your money.

This kit came in handy for mounting a set of horns this past winter. My husband shot a 7 pt buck and after the curing process and drying out, and whatever else he had to do with it, he mounted the horns on this plaque and hung it up in the porch area. We have Dasher, Dancer, Prancer and now Vixen mounted on the walls of the back porch!

If you shoot anything over a spike deer this is too small.
