Still The best oatmeal cookies I’ve ever eaten in my life. They are a little different from the 90s, they’re not as soft as they used to be,but they still have that authentic taste.

I grew up eating Archway cookies, and oatmeal raisin was always my favorite. Finding them here, I was so overwhelmed with nostalgia that I ordered immediately, and counted days for them to arrive. To spare everyone all the minute details, I have to say they're still good. Fresh and soft, just like I remember. But these are definitely NOT the same cookies that I loved so much as a child. First, the taste is different; I can't put my finger on it, but something changed. Second, they are very, very sweet. One of the best things about Archway cookies was that they were not overly sugary, but now they are. Having said that, I'm still enjoying them very much. I already ordered more, but not from Amazon; the Mart of Walls offers a significantly better deal.

I must say, the cookies were still soft, BUT they tasted dry. I don't remember archway oatmeal cookies tasting dry. I believe they were stale. I'm not happy. I'm afraid to look at the expiration date. BUT I will.
