Ordered Glen 4 Burner Stove (Model 1043) during the Amazon Festival Sale—delivery was impressively quick, just 2 days. The stove looks decent, but I had ordered the all-black variant and received one with steel sides. Too early to comment on durability. What disappointed us was the service—Glen called for a demo two days after delivery and asked for ₹250 upfront, which felt unfair as demos are usually free. Overall, not a great experience.

Stove as also after sales service good. Suggestion: The knobs should have an mark/ an indicator visible so we can know when it is 'OFF' position.
