I do not often leave reviews but I have to say that I swear by these vitamins. I have always had baby thin hair but a lot of it until menopause. Everytime I would wash my hair tons of hair would end up on my shower floor. I started panicking believing that I was going to go bald. So I decided to try Nutrifol and even though it did work, it was killing my wallet. After researching other alternatives, I came across these vitamins. They have many of the same ingredients Nutrifol has but way cheaper. My hair is growing fast and I no longer experience hairloss. It has also made my skin look better and it has even helped with bone stiffness. I swear by these vitamins and I am constantly recommending them to friends. My hair is still baby thin and it will always be but I no longer see any bald spots and its amazing how many baby hairs I constantly see. My hair has volume and unless you touch it, you would never know that my hair is baby thin. It remind me of how nice my hair would get during pregnancy. I love these vitamins and I take them everyday. I think a lot of the people that say that they do not work, do not take them daily. I have been taking them for two years now and I have no complaints whatever.

Absolutely love. I have been using this product for a few months and have noticed a difference in my hair, skin, and nails. Not harsh on the tummy either which is a plus.

I’m giving this a five it didn’t work for me, but it worked for my aunt. She loves this. It helped her hair to grow, but it didn’t help mine. My face did clear up a little bit, but that’s about all I’ve noticed, but my aunt’s face looks wonderful and so does her hair.

I have been looking for different hair/skin/nails vitamins as I've been dealing with hair loss from various reasons (primarily stress and sudden weight loss from eating problems, which have since been fixed), and I've gone through more brands than I'd care for. I've only used these for a month and could see a major difference! My nails are 10x stronger than they were before and my hair does seem to be growing faster and more full. However, I've noticed I've been developing a lot of uncontrollable acne despite always having clear skin. I've never had acne issues unless it's hormone related, either. In looking through some of the reviews and then reading a few articles online about Saw Palmetto side effects, I have boiled my acne issue down to these vitamins. I'm pretty bummed I have to stop taking them, but I can tell my body is getting angry with itself because my estrogen levels are being altered in some way (its a long story but I have a non-cancerous cycst in my breast that gets inflamed/bigger/more painful the more my estrogen and testosterone levels are affected). Just be aware of the side effects and listen to your body! It's a great vitamin but I think people with estrogen issues/on birth control should look more into it *UPDATE* I stopped taking these a few days prior to the original review, about 3ish weeks ago from now (02/09/23), and my acne was mostly gone at about week 1.5- which imo is a pretty fast turn around. So, my theory of these guys affecting my hormones seems to have some truth! At least for me of course lol

I've been taking one a day, and I've almost finished the bottle. My nails are thicker and stronger than they've ever been. I've had no bad effects. They're a little bit big, but I don't have problems swallowing them. No bad smell or taste. I'll continue to use them.

My hair is thinning really bad. So i wanted to find a solution. I was very hopeful after I searched around and thought I picked the best hair supplement.I took this religiously for 3 months. After the first month I noticed my face started to get these little barely there bumps around my face and ljaw line. They weren't pimples just bumps that wouldn't go away. I noticed my face was extremely oily all the time even washing twice a day. My face also would get built up oil where I would rub my finger across it and it would roll up like my skin was peeling but I think it was mostly oil. I thought I saw a little baby hairs coming in so I thought I'd stick it out and take it some more. I took it for 3 months religiosity and my skin never got any better. Plus I didn't see any regrowth. My hair was super oily as well. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because it has a ton of really great vitamins in it. I think because it has so much collagen in it was the reason for my skin and hair issues. I switched to Routine and it took a full month for my skin and hair to return to normal. Plus on Routine I saw way more regrowth. I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or family. You may do good with it but it just didn't work out for me.
