Can this peel be used on the body?

Yes, but a stronger strength is generally recommended as skin outside the face is tougher. 50-70% is better and will work better for you, be sure to use a good skin scrub prior to applying the peel to allow the peel to penetrate the skin better.

What do you Neutralizes with ?

You can purchase a peel neutralizer by either Plant Eden (organic and soothing) or other manufacturers or you can make a neutralizer at home with tap water and baking soda.

When i opened my bottle there was absolutely no smell. when i applied it to my skin i felt no tingling, nothing. it was as though i applied water.

Pure glycolic acid barely has a smell, if your acid has a yellow tint or strong odor you are likely buying industrial grade glycolic acid (made to clean engine blocks and cement) and not the cosmetic grade we sell. We pride ourselves in selling the highest grade glycolic acid on the market, it is 100% pure for skin use. 30% is VERY mild for most users and if there is built up dry/dead skin you may not "feel" the acids until most of that dead skin is cleared away. In most cases exfoliating the skin 3-4 days prior to applying the acids to help the oils penetrate better is very helpful as well as clearing away any residual oils after cleansing with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Any oil left behind on the skin will block the peel from working. It is still working and helping your skin regardless if you feel stinging or burning. I have been using peels for over 10 years and don't always get a sensation, but have flawless skin to show for it!

Will this work on dark scars from ingrown hairs on my bikini line?

It can, however the skin in this area tends to build up rapidly (the skin is very thick and resistant in this area). I would recommend using a mild skin scrub on this area and then applying the acids. You would need to leave on the acids longer than your face. I would also suggest using a stronger strength (50% is better) as removing scars/darkened skin requires much stronger acids to work effectively. Also, using a good lightening cream in conjunction with the acids will speed the process. remember the process takes time, in most cases you will need to apply the acids every 7-14 days for about 6-8 applications before improvement.
