Easy to use, works well, well priced.
A quick fill of the torch and we were off. Easy to use, variety of chips nice to experiment. First try left it on too long, VERY smoky, surprised us. Found 20-40 seconds worked depending on the bourbon, whisky. Affordable compared to some. We will likely move contents to a smaller tupperware in liquor closet as the box is lovely, great for gift presentation but squeeze out space for a couple bottles in the cabinet.

It’s a lot of fun to use
Simple and a lot of fun to use. Wood chips are plentiful (it requires very little for a good smoke in the glass). Highly recommended!

Great whiskey smoker
Bought for a gift and he loved it. It is being used often. Had to purchase the butane refill separately but it was easily found at Home Depot.

Great gift idea
This is a great gift idea for the man who has everything. The quality isn’t bad, and it was easy to use once we figured it out. That being said, this product did not come with instructions, so we wound up finding an instructional video online. Maybe it just wasn’t included in our package, I’m not sure. But, a simple user guide would have come in handy. Other than that minor snag, this was enjoyed immensely by a group of fellows with a cigar and a fire pit.

No customer support
I purchased this smoker kit set a few months ago and didn't have a chance to try it until a few days ago. The quality of the set seems to be good. However, the torch lighter does not light up. There is no instructions or company information in the package. I contacted Amazon and requested the seller's information and was told the company is in Australia. I got the phone number and email of the seller. I emailed the seller and requested a replacement of the lighter since it's dead-on arrival. I received a reply saying that I got the email address for the wrong Hidden Barrel company. I don't recommend this Whiskey Smoker Kits since it has no customer support if something goes wrong.
