Healthy and Lively Worms
I have ordered from this company on 3 separate occasions. Regardless of outside temperature, the worms arrive healthy and lively. I feed these to my 2 turtles-they love them! I always add some finely chopped leaf litter so the worms have food to eat. I believe this company cares about its customers and strives to provide healthy, lively worms. The worms are carefully packaged with plenty of cold packs, newspaper, and an insulating liner inside the box. I’m aware of factors outside of their control-shipping, weather, delays which can impact the viability of the worms. I appreciate a company that tries its best to deliver a quality “alive” product. I will be definitely ordering from this company for my night crawler needs. Thank you!

Huge worms
I opened the package that was delivered 6 hours prior and expected to find them dead because of the heat. To my surprise the worms were alive and very active. These worms are huge. The package was safely tied and the ice packs were still cold. I will be ordering again without a doubt.

Wow outstanding gigantic totally healthy worms. I bought these in late spring along with some European ones and put a few in either side of a 30gal half wine barrel so they could meet in the middle :D

Worms have all arrived in great shape, but the worms need to be kept cooler .
I have ordered Canadian nightcrawlers from this company on three separate occasions and they have all arrived in great shape. However, hot weather is approaching and I live in Georgia. The latest batch of worms that I receive today were not cool nor were any of the freeze bags still cool. I think BestBait needs to add more cooling to their worm shipments as the days get hotter. If this shipment had been on the road another day, I'm not sure the worms would have survived.
