Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Adventurer’s Guide

I've already used this Pathfinder hardcover source book twice and I am very happy to have chosen this one for a variety of reasons. All is well with the world.

I was not let down by the expansion of the different organisations, classes, and prestige classes presented. The only knock I will give is some of te reprinted material.

Nice companion, especially for new players.

I honestly don't think I'll be using this book too often in my games.

Primeiramente, este é um livro sobre grupos de npcs que podem servir como de uma aventura, a sua grande maioria boa ou neutra, mas tem alguns grupos malignos também (red mantis, aspis consortium). Cada facção do livro apresenta alguns arquétipos, novas feats ou equipamentos, e algumas classes de prestígio (e várias foram atualizadas). Cerca de 25% do livro é uma republicação de conteúdo lançado anteriormente, isso é ruim para quem já possuia esse material, mas bom porque atualiza esse material, isso é notável nos Hellknights por exemplo, que já tiveram praticamente três outros livros tratando deles. O texto de cada facção é excelente, ele vai direto ao ponto, explica onde cada uma atua, quais seus interesses, quais seus aliados e inimigos, e quem são as figuras importantes daquela facção, contanto uma breve história sobre cada um. E são 30 organizações diferentes, então é material pra sobrar nas mãos de um mestre criativo. Mesmo aqueles que não gostam de Golarion, o cenário oficial da Paizo, vão achar várias dessas organizações interessantes para introduzir em outros mundos de campanha.

A great collection of player-options for all the major factions of Golarion, with summaries of each. Like the bestiaries, this is largely a compilation of options published in small books over several years, with updates and revisions. But having all of this in one place is great, especially with the faction summaries. This is a book that's far more for the players than the GM, however. There's only minimal information about the actual factions, from the GM's perspective.

J'ai longuement hésité pour ce supplément mais rien que pour que mes joueurs aient la sensation de faire partie du contexte par le biais des sociétés de Golarion et leurs spécificités, ça valait la peine. Les organisations sont classées par pays et leurs objectifs clairement définis, chacune avec des options propres pour les joueurs. Fini les classes de prestige génériques!
