They've worked perfectly for me so far with no disconnection issues.

Had no problems at all connecting the joypads to the PS2. Also bought rechargeble batteries to go in them and they fit perfectly. They look good and perform almost as well as official controllers, there is just a slight bit more of a dead zone but it doesn't interfere with playing games.

These are great when they work. Plugged and played my way through a bunch of old PS2 games, sort of impressed the console still works. Being a spoilt child, I had kind of resented wired controllers so these helped to sit comfortably when playing. Almost returned them as both stopped working on the same day. Cursing, but still 2 days within the return window, could be worse. Turns out it was trying to use them with “Capcom Classics Collection”, which seems to cause the controller to crash. At the point of selecting a game and needing to press start to play, both controllers lost connection at that point. Soft reset and a different game was no use, needed to power everything off and back on. Thankfully both controllers working like before on other games. A further quirk, presumably to save battery usage is the controller disconnects if idle for a minute or so. Need to turn it off then back on (with the tiny switch on the side facing you as you hold it) to reconnect.

They connect up and work like modern gen console remote controllers, just using their own radio frequency rather than Bluetooth. They pair with their own transmitter and operate simultaneously for 2 players with no problems at all.

Start button literally fell out when inserting the batteries for the first time! Cheap rubbish do not waste your money

Good value product for under £20, well designed. The wireless connection works without any issues even when the console is across the room and does not require line of sight to the receiver. It does need two AAA batteries to be installed, it's not heavy at all - if anything it could do to be a tiny bit heavier. Digital direction and buttons excellent are sturdy, the thumb sticks are a little bit 'looser' and maybe feel to me not quite as accurate as original PS1 controller so 4 out of 5 stars for sturdiness.

Great quality colour and working perfectly

Arrived and the left stick was broken. How ever I was impressed with how easy it was to set up and although broken the buttons felt good quality. I will order another, and change my review if it works UPDATE! Ordered a new one and it's fantastic, no input delay and just as before quality buttons. It's a shame the first one was defective so I will leave my review at 4 stars. But, return was easy and free, ordered the new one as soon as the refund came through and I'm really pleased. The only negative is the LED lights are very bright in the controller and there's no way to turn them down or off. If you play games in the dark like me it can be an issue. Otherwise great controller, Sony quality buttons and anolog sticks, no lag input. Definitely recommend
