Excellent product, which was tested underwater in my pool for over 1 hour. See photos to see that the paper towel inside the box was completely dry, not one bit of water leaked into the box. The box is extremely durable, with an airtight seal to keep water away from the items you wish to protect. The box uses three cam action latches that provide an airtight seal. Included in the box are two rubber pads to provide additional protection for your cellphone or other fragile valuables. We purchased the item for use while kayaking and off-roading in our Polaris Razor.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase!!! I was looking for a waterproof container to hold my personal belongings for when I'm out on the jet ski, and I found this!!! It is VERY well made, I LOVE the clear case, keeps my phone, keys, etc. well protected, easy access when out on the water, even in waves, and it is the PERFECT size!!! I padded my front storage compartment with 1" thick neoprene, and this case fits perfectly in there so it stays put, even when I'm out wave jumping!!! Again...I COULDN'T be HAPPIER with this purchase!!! : )

This is a high quality box. I tested it underwater at 4 feet and zero water got in the case. A bit bulky, but as they should be. Great value and protection for your belongings.

I just bought 2 of the Plano 3600s, after buying a 3500 a couple years ago. I bought the first one (3600) planning to use it camping, I imagine it’ll fit batteries, a fire starter, matches, flashlight, phone, and maybe a couple energy bars. In the meantime, I’m storing 5 costly small dolls, Lati Yellow, that I’ve been storing in a shoe box. One faceplate was damaged from humidity so this will be perfect, with a dehumidifier packet to be extra sure it stays dry. Then a few days later I bought a 2nd. We go to a little beach on the river upstate with my mom and brother over the summer. I could fit a few phones and sets of keys in there. The box comes with a rubberized yellow insert at the bottom, and a loose but smaller yellow insert to place over the items to keep stuff from scratching the top and to serve as a cushion to the top. These won’t be my last cases from this company. Since I’ve got them I’ve thought of many uses for them besides taking them to a river, fishing, or a waterpark. Sewing supplies, waterproof first aid container, hand sewing or my new sewing machine accessories, and photograph protection. I consider them a great buy with the oring and airtight seal, and impact resistant material. The smaller one I used fishing, for my phone, mini scissors, clippers, and keys. 2nd fishing trip we got caught in a downpour. We didn’t have much shelter and everyone got pretty wet but my stuff stayed dry as a bone! Others admired my case and asked where I got it!

It was this box, or a Pelican box that was slightly smaller and about 8 bucks more expensive. I chose this one because it was a Plano box, and on Amazon's website it said the country of origin was USA. Well, I'm giving 4 out of 5 because on the bottom of the box is 'Made in China'. Now, we all buy a lot of stuff from China, but I was ready to splurge on a decent waterproof box for having on the boat that would last years. I was deceived about where it was made. Not enough to return it, but just be aware. Now the box itself is study, well made, and comes with the neoprene removeable base so you can stack stuff in the box (the interior bottom is a non-slip material) and place the neoprene on top to have even more non-slip. Overall I'd recommend the box.

This is the best first aid box I have yet bought for my kayak. And most expensive, I might add. But it's a very well made box and a convenient size when you've only a small space to work with. It fits the essential emergency items like gauze and rolled bandage, waterproof sticky tape for hull repair, tweezers, scissors, etc. I found out on the last trip how important all that can be. If not for yourself, you can be the rescue for others.

This box is very well made with high-quality locking mechanisms. I take it kayaking, and it is spacious enough for cell phone, sunglasses, bug spray, sunscreen, and bungee cords.

Exactly as described! Perfect for my fish finder and cables. Then, when I am using my fish finder on my boat, my cell phone and wallet go into this waterproof box! Thanks for the great product, Plano!!! It's just too bad that the Amazon Prime delivery service sucks and that they couldn't deliver in 2 days if their life depended on it! The courier is Intelcom express and the word "express" is a misnomer!!! I had 3 deliveries in 2.5 weeks and they couldn't get it right!! I even called them the day before two different deliveries to my office to tell them that I work in an office and that they should not deliver past 430pm. One time they tried to deliver at 7pm and the other time they phoned me and said, "I can't get into your office". I said that it's 630pm, the office closed 2 hours ago!!! Great product ... Horrible service!!!!
