It was broken on first trip

My zipper broke the first time I used it but going through there official site they sent a new one and it's been great ever since

Looks beautiful, seems durable, I’ve had this set for just over a year, travelled all thru Italy I’ve also used them for weekend trips and both pieces still look like new. I’d recommend this set just based on the looks but the fact that it seems pretty well made is a bonus!

We bought this suitcase with the matching backpack, but on our last trip (having only used it prob 5 times), the corner on the suitcase was smashed in when we retrieved it from the luggage carrier. Suitcases should last more than 5 times. I am guessing the hard case of the suitcase isn't strong enough.

Both handles broke off before I could even leave my apartment and I was stuck attending a conference on the other side of the continent trying to lift this by the freaking body onto trains and shuttles myself due to a lack of handles. DO NOT BUY!! NO QUALITY IS ATTACHED TO THIS ITEM AT ALL!!
