Had a few like this before but I like this no fiddling with a dozens buttons behind and to the side of the unit. Very easy to navigate. Units like this that run on batteries only display the bright screen (as in the promo pic) but go dark after a few seconds unless you press a button. Do not buy if you want a consistently bright screen - you need to find a device that needs a wall socket connection or spend a fortune of batteries. Note too the sensor screen is very small and you'd need to squint at it at close range but you'd need to look at the sensor very little. What this does for a small price is to display BOTH temp and humidify from a sensor with a good range back to the base display and it does a great job. The weather forecast is also good. A good buy.

I found this very easy to set up and the main readings appear to be accurate. Be aware that the photos show the product when using the light (white background) but this times out after approximately 5 seconds and then reverts back to a mid-grey background. Another thing to note, is that the stand of both the weather station and the sensor is built in and can't be adjusted. You can hang the sensor to a wall, but the stand prevents it from being flush with the wall. There is no way to attach the weather station to a wall. Also, the sensor is not water-sealed, but it's not claimed to be, so be careful where you put it. One other niggle, is that the weather image in the top left corner has not changed for me since I set it to sunny, and there have been days of cloud since that time. In the instructions, they do warn that the image may not be accurate - perhaps it actually doesn't work at all? My old weather station has changed but I needed a new one because the sensor stopped working on it after a few years. With all these small issues, why 4 stars and not 3? Well, for the price in today's climate (no pun intended) it's acceptable.

Tells me everything I can see out of the window plus what the temperatures are both inside and out. Unfortunately the clock loses one minute per day.

I originally bought this to just get the sensors for my existing weather station. But this display is fantastic. It's clear to read, easy to setup and at this price is great value. My other weather station is now in a drawer!

I like the clear easy to read display with a backlight for when it's dark. The instructions for setting it up were a little challenging due to the translation but I got there in the end. It took a wee while for the outside sensor and the station to link up, but ok now. It took 4 days to arrive which isn't great for Amazon Prime. Overall, I'm happy with it, much better than a more expensive one which I returned as the screen was so hard to read due to different colours in the display which isn't easy when you're a bit colour blind.

At first I couldnt understand why the outdoor temp on the monitor was different to that on the main unit (8 degrees C difference) despite both units being sat next to each other but eventually realised that they needed to sit together for 24hrs to harmonise temperatures. There is no mention of this in the instructions but once up and running I have no complaints. Excellent buy and great value for money.
