I am so thankful that I found out about this product. I have chronic pain (ortho issues from Titanium Rods, Plates, etc) and take Vicodin & Gabapentin, which really doesn't help that much. I just had 12 steroid shots 2 months ago. Six in my back, then another six in my neck the following day (which may have had the opposite effect, since steroids will deplete Magnesium, no wonder I didn't get any relief!). Nothing has worked as well as this spray. It makes me sleepy and yes itchy, like I just stepped out of the ocean, but that doesn't last. And my mood seems so much better, too. I don't feel as irritable as usual. Funny, my blood was tested last month and the dr. told me, my magnesium levels were normal--guess not because it almost feels like my body is starved for this stuff. After reading up, I have found that the blood tests are really worthless, as far as diagnosing a deficiency. I might start making my own, depending on how fast I use it. But just the cost alone, compared to prescription medications makes it a bargain--Voltaren (the best pain gel out there is something like $120 a tube and there's a risk of stomach ulcers from using it). Can't wait to tell my dr. about this, next month. ETA: I have a Toy Poodle who has a cough. The vet told me her heart and lungs are clear, yet the cough persisted. Well, I was recently reading that Magnesium helps with proper lung function, so I sprayed some on my little dog's tummy and rubbed it in. Lo and behold, she's not coughing as much!! (And she doesn't seem to mind being sprayed either). After seeing how my dogs responded, I decided to spray some on my 15yr old cat's front paws, last nite. I can't believe how attentive and affectionate she's been today, even in a horrible, humid, 90+ degree heatwave. BEST STUFF EVER!!!

She rubs this in the bottom of her feet before bed. She seems to think it helps her sleep. I'm sure there's a magnesium deficiency, as most people are deficient. I sprayed some of this on my lower legs and it gave off a slight burning sensation, nothing at all bad by any means, but that's a sign of deficiency. Works well and it's quality ingredients. Have bought more than a few times, and it's much cheaper here than at either of the local health food stores that tend to gouge on things like this.

Overall I’d really love to give this product five stars it takes away my leg pains just as well as any other topical pain relief cream and quite honestly it prevents me from taking any Tylenol or ibuprofen more often than not. The main reason I decided to try this product is because it’s a lot safer and I feel way more comfortable using it! That being said Unfortunately every single time I use the product I get a tingly, itchy type burning sensation, nothing too intense to the point that I would stop using it, it’s just that I’ve tried a lot of things and can’t seem to stop that from happening anytime I use it! I’ve tried applying coconut oil first to the area where I use the spray, I’ve tried mixing it with unscented lotion, I’ve also tried just spraying it to a damp cloth and applying the cloth to the area, I just still get that feeling unfortunately! ***UPDATE*** I learned the tingly, burning, itching feeling comes from being low in magnesium. If you are not alone, magnesium, this does not occur!! Take a really good well research supplement for a while first before you buy the spray or simply only apply it to the bottoms of your feet, and this will not happen to you.

This stuff is amazing I have tight shoulders and traps 24/7 pain tension knots, I started using this every day when i have pain it makes the pain go away i even noticed I quit taking my pain meds around the clock the only downside is it’s slightly sticky and gets in my hair because the area I have to put it it doesn’t dry down much but it’s better than being in constant pain

This stuff works. If you need a little magnesium boost, go ahead and spray this on. I found that I liked it best on my feet, belly, and legs. Unless they are freshly shaved- then it can sting a little, so keep that in mind. I have used it successfully as a deodorant. Magnesium is great as a deodorant and i see more and more formulations using magnesium in them. I often take a couple of magnesium pills at night and then use the spray in the morning. A couple of times that I used the spray and took the pills at the same time, I found that I had hit the upper end of my threshold for magnesium for that short time. No fun having to get up in the night to use the bathroom. Other than that, this is a wonderful way to reap the benefits of magnesium. I also buy their flakes and take baths, ir soak my feet, and sometimes make my own magnesium spray (so save the bottle) By the way, it is not an Oil, so no worries on it feeling like anything other than a watery mist. It dries fully, and dries clear. Though for some they may notice some fine white specks. Just brush them off!

I get a very itchy feeling from this product. It seems to work but I can not get past the all over itchy feeling I get. My wife likes it and uses without issues. I guess it is dependent on the individual if it will make you feel itchy. I gave 3 stars becasue it works for my wife but not for me.

After a few nights I noticed my feet looked like they were peeling so I started putting lotion on my feet and then the product. After a week and a half the peeling was getting awful even with lotion. I stopped using it. Wasn’t worth it. Didn’t notice much of a change in my pain.

Sirve muy bien para su propósito, muy relajante para dormir bien. Solo hay que mezclarlo con alguna crema o aceite de coco para evitar la picazón. Aún así, vale la pena !

I've been using this with Vita-Labs Bisglycinate Chelate and the combination has helped me to feel a difference very quickly. Great product. Yes, it does sting, but that is only because its concentrated magnesium chloride. It's the nature of the product. I'm not sure if people have a low pain tolerance or what but for me its completely tolerable and eventually fades away. I put it on my face, scalp, and body without any issues. Any stinging will eventually fade, but its really not that bad. I kinda like it. Be careful about overdoing it if it's your first time with a magnesium supplement. You can use too much and get an influx of magnesium which might give you various side effects such as extreme tiredness so be aware if you are also supplementing internally. The spay worked perfectly.....until I dropped it on the floor. But no matter...just find another spray.
