Four Seasons by Alphonse Maria Mucha

Even though this is a ribbon cut puzzle (meaning all the puzzles have the same basic shape), the image makes it enjoyable and challenging. Good quality material, crisp image. Looking forward to doing some more Alphonse Mucha puzzles!

I'm still working on this puzzle after a few weeks. I spend 20 minutes to 1 hour most days on it. It's coming along, but it is definitely the most difficult 1000 piece puzzle I've done. (I'm no expert, and not even a fanatic, but I'm particular about the ones I choose.) It's gotten to the point that I modge podge all the ones I finish because I love the pictures so much. I learned who Mucha was when I was in Prague last year, and love his works. UPDATE The puzzle/picture is finished and it is beautiful. It’s mod podged and is on my living room coffee table. I love it.

This puzzle was challenging but enjoyable. The Mucha images are so lovely, it was a joy to assemble. The puzzle is also a nice quality.

Updated Review: I sent it back and got a replacement quickly! I waited until I completed the puzzle, but sure enough it arrived with all of the pieces and in tact! It's a solid quality puzzle and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Original Review: I was excited for this puzzle as it's a gorgeous image. I was only a few minutes into sorting out edge pieces and I noticed some extra thin pieces. It took me finding a few more of them to realize they weren't thin pieces. It was the puzzle image unglued from the cardboard backing. I sifted through a few handfuls and found enough unglued that I decided it would be more trouble than it's worth to glue them back on. I'll be returning this, but I did still rate it as sturdy because the backing does feel firm if you don't mind gluing the images back onto it.

This puzzle and the art are beautiful and it was actually the first 1000 piece my husband and I did. However, its very clear that it was a scan and there are probably about 5-6 spots where there are super visible pieces of dusts and some kind of string artifacts from the scan. It doesn't overly effect the quality of the image but its definitely noticeable. I was nervous about the graininess of the image while putting the puzzle together but if you look at it at a distance you can't really tell. I'd say probably 7.5/10 as a score.

I bought this puzzle because Mucha is a top 5 favorite artist of mine and his seasons have always been incredible. Challenge level and assembly ease were as expected. The color and quality of the photo were great. The pieces fit quite well together. My wife and I worked for about a week off and on and when we got to the end there were 3 pieces missing. We were incredibly disappointed. There are others by this company that I was looking at but am now afraid that all our hard work will be disappointed again if we get to the end and there’s more missing pieces.

Fun to put together, lots of geometric patterns and lots of abstract sections make a memorable images!

First of all… the puzzle pieces seem cheaply made AND we finally finished the puzzle only to discover there’s a missing piece. I’m so mad we spent all this time putting it together and we can’t complete it.

Grafica davvero bella! Il taglio irregolare dei pezzi lo rende un po' più difficile da realizzare ma anche per questo più divertente.

I’ve just completed this jigsaw and it’s been a labour of love that’s taken me a few weeks to complete. The puzzle was going to be framed when finished but to my utter dismay there is a piece missing. I have contacted the company to see if they could just send me the piece as I a loathe to send this one back and redo but all the options for contacting the company require you to send it back. Lovely puzzle and challenging but well worth it (despite missing piece)!
