Love the magnet but the rest of this shower head is just terrible. Weak spray settings, horrible height, like it was desgned for children. Been buying a waterpik at Costco for many years and they are waaaay better. Basically you're paying 60 bucks for a neodium magnet. Update: I removed the water restrictor ( youtube it ) inside the handheld head...now it's waaay better pressure

My original intention was to order a replacement cradle directly from Moen, but due to no response from Moen (which is unusual), I ordered this shower system from Amazon which was identical to the old one. This is a fantastic shower system which has various settings and attaches easily with the magnetic head. Not only did I get efficient delivery service from Amazon, but got a brand new shower system for less than ordering the needed part from Moen directly.
