Love my straight iron.

I have used this consistently for 4 months, and it's by far the best straightener I have ever owned! I love the larger plate size as I can style my hair much quicker than my 1" Chi. The heat options are incredible, but white girls beware! I have very thick curly hair, and have traditionally had a hard time finding a straightener that gets hot enough and stays consistently hot throughout styling. This lightweight iron can more than take care of me at heat setting 30, which is just past half with heat settings 0-50. This is not an iron for thin or fine hair, but for those of us with unruly curls, it's the modern day! I would love to have grown up with this. Be wise and start with a low heating, gradually turning heat up slowly to discover your sweet spot. This will damage your hair if you don't keep the setting as low as your hair needs. I have also used this to curl my hair and it works great for that too!

I ordered this flat iron on Monday, received it Tuesday, used it Wednesday morning. I love it! My old iron was a Paul Mitchell and it snagged and pulled my hair and I had to separate my hair into a dozen sections to get it straight. This one never pulled or snagged. I was only trying to get some of the frizz out of my really long really thick REALLY frizzy hair, so I only separated it I to 3 sections. This iron took out more frizz and curl than the other did with a dozen sections. I got the 2 inch one. Perfect for long thick hair. Cut my flattening time down by 75%. Only downside is the on/off switch is push button and is right where you grip, so I accidentally turned it off a couple of times. But that wasn't any big deal. It heats up super fast and holds heat well. VERY impressed.

The titanium plates in comparison with ceramic are like night and day for my hair!! Years ago I had a CHI straightener with titanium plates and I could not find that model anymore after it broke. Went back to ceramic and it just wasn’t working as well for me which landed me here !! It gives my natural hair perm results without a perm lol. This is the best straightener I’ve had hands down, I recommend investing in one!

I am SO disappointed in this 2 inch straightener. I purchased this item, and used it about 10 times before it suddenly just stopped working. When I tried to process a return, I found the window to do a return had closed 1 day before. It is absolutely ridiculous that a product that costs almost $200 lasted such a short time and has a 30 day return period. If the company is selling quality products, they should stand beside them and offer a longer return period. After getting ZERO help from this Amazon seller, I tried to process a return through the Babyliss manufacturer and also found they have a 30 day return window. I have purchased Babyliss products in the past and had a very different experience. I’ve had a straightener that lasted several years and currently have a hairdryer but after my most recent purchase, I will NEVER purchase another one of their products. Buyer beware…this product or MAY NOT last, so you should think long and hard before making a purchase from a company who doesn’t stand behind their product or value their customers.

Doesn’t work well in the UAE. I have thick and wavy hair. It Doesn’t straighten my hair like other straighteners. Not recommended for middle eastern hair.

Esta plancha de pelo se lo compre a mi esposa, fue perfecta porque el pelo de ella es muy grueso y denso!! 2 pulgadas es lo ideal para ella!!!
