This tahini is so rich and creamy — far better than any other brand I’ve tried. Perfect for hummus, dressings, and even baking. I can taste the quality of the organic sesame seeds, and it doesn’t separate as much as others. Absolutely worth every penny!

Received on schedule. The product was sealed and packaged well with an appropriate expiration date. The flavor is excellent with a very creamy consistency—-perfect for hummus!

A delicious, smooth, high quality tahini.
I've been making hummus for years and could not figure out why there was always a touch of bitterness in the finished dish. I did some reading by some well known Israeli chefs and Soom tahini was mentioned as the best. They were absolutely right. The flavor is so balanced, no bitterness, it does not separate and stays creamy even when refrigerated. The quality is top notch and is excellent value for the money. This is the only brand I will be buying in the future.
