The FIRE of 357 Mad Dogs back from the dead.
Taste: A good wholesome classic barbecue sauce flavor plus the FIRE of 357 Mad Dogs back from the dead. Heat: First I tried two pea-sized dollops on a saltine. In this small quantity it was a real good burn free of crying and nose blowing but made whole with the urge to let out a soft moan. Next time I tired the Mad Dog I was at a gathering with family and the desire to impress was high. Because this is an open top bottle--no dropper nozzle on it or anything of the sort. I dumped about a tablespoon on my Triscuit by mistake. Now I know what you're thinking; did he continue on and take it like a man or did the scrape it off like a "Tabasco is hot" newbie? Hell yes I scraped it off--ambulance rides are expensive--this was a family get-together, not my funeral! Left on my Triscuit was a fine, thin layer of the Mad Dog... covering the entire Triscuit; I'm going to guess maybe 6-7 pea sized helpings of The Mad Dog. As I started to chew the fire grew. The pain I felt in my neck from a car accident months ago went away. The throbbing in my sprained toe dissipated. The discomfort of standing too long was no more. All that remained was the fire; the sweet sweet fire and the burn. An intense unadulterated pepper inferno that had been missing from my life for years was finally mine. It hurt so good. So good the sweat came to my face. So good the nose blowing was dehydrating. Then the endorphins rushed in like the perfect kiss after a first date, akin to jumping in a cool lake on a hot summer's day--the cherry on top! Perfectly complemented by the Bourbon I was sipping I rode the Pain-High for about an hour. And then did it all over again. Good stuff.

Hurts so good
I love this sauce! I have quite a collection of hot sauces including Blair's After Death , Dave's Insanity , and Satan's Blood . This sauce is by far my favorite for every-day use. It has excellent flavor and plenty of heat. Blair's After Death is a close second, but it is not as hot and sometimes adds too much flavor for the same amount of heat. This sauce is hot enough to really brighten up a dish without adding overwhelming flavor, but the flavor that it does add is very yummy, subtle, and complex. It is very economical since a few drops tends to be enough for a burrito (even for a 'pepper head'). If you think that Tabasco just tastes like flavored vinegar, you enjoy food that 'bites back' and causes some pain, and you love complex and subtle flavors and aromas, then you should definitely try this sauce.

THIS SAUCE IS HOT!
To start, this sauce definitely is scorching hot. My tolerance level is quite high when it comes to these things but this one definitely lives up to the hype. For me, this is one of those sauces that is almost borderline too hot in decent sized quantities to actually have good flavor. However, that is certainly not the case here. The Mad Dog 357 ghost pepper sauce has good flavor while also leaving you question your own existence for a few minutes after consuming it. If you have high heat tolerance you can certainly eat this as a daily everything hot sauce. If you're on the more sensitive side but still enjoy the heat, this sauce can also be used as a great additive to spice up a pot of chili or really anything for that matter. As with all of these beast hot sauces, a little goes a long ways.....10/10 would buy again.

Has a cinnamon taste.. but definitely hot
I've ate just about every ghost, scorpion and reaper sauce on Amazon.. I LOVE HOT STUFF! This sauce definitely has ghost pepper heat! First taste that hits is cinnamon for whatever reason.. I mean that.. but once that fades it's straight heat. I'm glad.. because I've been disappointed heat wise on other brands.. these people use a lot of peppers. Surprisingly, there is really no vinegar taste although it's the first in the ingredients.. I was surprised and pleased! Nothing worse than a overly vinegary taste (unless that's what your into) If you want your money's worth on a ghost peper sauce this ones it. Will get your nose running. lol You also get a cool sticker. Proudly put mine on my jeep. Can't wait to see what mad dogs reaper sauce is like! Can't. Wait. !

Plenty of heat, but incredible flavor
For those that like hot, and I mean very hot, but still appreciate flavor, this is an incredible sauce. Adding a dollop to a bowl of soup or spread on a sandwich or on top of chicken it really adds an incredible peppery almost fruity taste. I typically use it with other hot sauces as it really brings the heat and flavor. Definitely not for those who find Tabasco or Franks spicy, but to try it initially I put about a dime size amount on a Ritz cracker and it was very hot but not unbearable. I have tried many other of the Mad Dog 357 line, and this one is by far my favorite. Give it a shot if you like hot, the bottle lasts a long time and it brings heat and flavor better than almost other sauce.

My favorite Mad Doge sauce!
This is by far my favorite Mad Dog sauce. I have 357 Plutonium 9m, 357 6m, 357, Inferno, Scorpion, and of course, Ghost Pepper. All the Mad Dog sauces have a great flavor, but this one is definitely my favorite. It's about 150k Scoville, but certainly not intolerable. By comparison, Da'Bomb Beyond Insanity is rated at 135k Scoville, but feels hotter. 357 Ghost Pepper is a staple in my weekly wing nights. It is damn delicious and if you can take the heat, after a few weeks it won't bother you at all. I've gone through about 4 bottles at this point.

Tasty Pain
I've been looking for a good hot sauce for my husband, who adores a hot sauce that literally makes his eyes water but also has a good FLAVOR. He often tells me (as I am not a fan of tasty pain) that a lot of hot sauces can bring the heat, but that they often have little to no flavor, or simply taste like vinegar. If you're a fan of spicy hot vinegar, I suppose there's nothing wrong with that! But my husband was looking for a hot sauce that had a punch in both heat and taste. A lot of the common grocery store (that we could find locally) were a bit of a disappointment for him. So I spent some time doing a little research and reading the reviews as well as watching some of the videos for some hot sauces. Mad Dog 357 caught my eye specifically because one of the reviewers reminded me much of my husband: someone who tried a lot of hot sauces and found they weren't spicy enough, or too spicy and not flavorfull, but they tried this one and with tears in their eyes they said they found it both! So I ordered this as a surprise tasty gift. It arrived yesterday packaged well in a box with a few other orders. The hot sauce itself had a special, very sturdy Mad Dog box that kept the glass bottle in tact. My husband immediately tried a taste, as he'd never had any Mad Dog sauces before, and he was definitely pleased! He said: "It's got a great kick and a great taste. It even smells delicious!" So thanks Amazon and Mad Dog! Look forward to bringing my husband more tasty pain! xD

The immediate taste is tangy with a sweetness. 4 seconds later
It's hot as a spicy chili pepper, but it lacks flavor. Don't get me wrong - if you can't handle spicy food, this is very hot. But if you are use to very spicy food, and eating chili peppers with your dinner then this is a 3/5 spicy. The immediate taste is tangy with a sweetness. 4 seconds later, that wears off and goes into a hot burning sensation... It lacks the flavor a normal chili would have. The brief flavor that is experienced is more of a burned habanero then a Ghost pepper. The habanero is way overpowering. Cane juice may add slight flavor, but waters it down from it's full potential. Not really flavorful for cooking, but it's good for pulling pranks.
