I bought this as a gift for my 5 year old monster truck loving nephew and he loves it. It took his dad 3 hours to put it together and the instructions were easy to follow. It’s a good size and the design mirrors the monster truck. Once it’s put together it’s a functioning toy. I highly recommend this.

I want to give it a lower rating because I had a hard time putting it together, but to be fair, I'm older and haven't built one of these in years. Got it for my grandson's 5th birthday and he loves it. So I guess we're going with 5 stars! Actually it's pretty cool and a decent size. It's a pull-back action. Doesn't go super fast but fast enough. All in all, we're happy with it.

It rolls smoothly on its wheels, just like a real monster truck! One thing to note though, this set does not come with a mini figure. But honestly, who needs one when you have a badass monster truck like this? Plus, you can always create your own mini figure to drive it. Overall, I highly recommend the LEGO Technic Monster Jam El Toro Loco 42135 set to anyone looking for a fun and satisfying building experience. It's worth every penny and will definitely make a great addition to your Lego collection.

We've bought several of these monster trucks (this orange El Toro loco, the grey Max D and the green truck) as birthday gifts for 7- year olds including my own son. Great quality. Love the 2 in 1 and the pull back feature is awesome. My son crashed this repeatedly into the wall and the legos stayed intact. Nice price point for a Lego product! But Amazon is killing me with the packaging and delivery. This is the third truck we've received that the box has been absolutely squashed. And we're buying these to give as gifts. Not cool! Amazon please consider putting this into a actual box or at least with some bubble packaging.
