If you are looking to stamp sheet metal this seems to be a great book. I am about halfway through and enjoying reading it. I feel like I have a great concept of how my die will look and have started on a 3d model for it. It gives many calculations and standard value charts. For example, you can calculate the sheering force required for about 10 different metal types based on the perimeter of your cut and thickness of metal. This is useful when deciding to buy a press.
