I grew up with an older copy of this book through my student years. Working in technology and business, this book is a must text to understanding the key concepts and more to understand how most businesses operate, and more importantly how they could improve.

Well written with some up to date case studies

Really useful and clearly written book which I used for part of my MBA.

Didn't come with an ebook version as standard with a physical purchase.

Book purchased as the required textbook for a diploma level business course on operations management. Focus appears to be on the alignment of operations to corporate, business and operations level strategies.
