From the photos, I thought it came with a stylist pen, didn't, was more generic than expected but good first tablet for my child to use for school projects

The battery discharges, overnight though it is turned off. I donโt know why this is.

The screen was a bit smaller than I expected but I found it relatively easy to set up

Don't expect too much. This tablet is squarely aligned as a budget item. For my usage it seems to be performing adequately. I have setup a few games and apps (downloaded Kindle and a few books); I have tried streaming a few movies and have had no skipping, stalling or buffering while watching (I use an Eero Wi-fi mesh for the house). No issues browsing or using it as a reader. The one issue I have with it is that it tends to heat up quite a bit while playing games. Also, this is my first Android product (everything else I own is iOS) so I can't claim to have any reference as to relative performance in the OS. Overall, don't expect too much from this device, but it does seem to perform well enough if you align your expectations in the budget item market.

This Azpen 10.1" inch Android 10 has a MediaTek quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB of onboard storage, and a 1200 by 800 resolution 5-point IPS display. It also has expandable memory, dual cameras, and two speaker grills on the back; although I am not certain there are two actual speakers on the unit. It also ships with Android 10 but be aware it's the Go version of that OS meaning most of the more robust options are not present. When I evaluate 'budget' tech I don't expect a premium experience. I simply look to answer one question, i.e., do I have to fight the tech to use it? Meaning do I have to continually make adjustments just to enjoy watching a video or listening to sounds. This Azpen tablet failed my test due in no small part to the inferior wireless chip they included in this package. This chip does not allow access to the 5GHz band so you're stuck with slower 2.4GHz wireless. What's worse is it's running Bluetooth 4.0 which is an 11-year old technology at this point. I used this tablet continuously for 6 hours and had to reset or reconnect to Wi-Fi once every 15-20 minutes. Bluetooth connectivity failed as frequently as well. If this tablet had a better wireless chip inside it could have rivaled the Fire tablet. However, with the scaled-back Android 10 Go OS, unreliable wireless card, and other cheap components this device simply wasn't usable for me as a media consumption device. Not recommended!!!1.5 out of 5.0.
