On Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird (Cliffs Notes)

I really enjoyed these notes to help my son follow and understand the story better as they are reading it in school. I especially liked the character map they made in the book gave you a good visual connection on how characters are connected in story. It gives you a good description on the characters to help you understand storyline better. Great concept this book is!

Great book and really good Cliff notes

Perfect as a supplement while reading this novel. Explanations organized in accordance with the original novel in easy to understand terms for young teens.

Good. Helped my son in class, and YES, we absolutely made him read the book first. I took control of the Cliff Notes, and as he'd read a couple of chapters, I'd share some of the info from the CNotes and we'd talk about it. I read TKaMb when I was in Jr. High, so I loosely recalled the story, but when I read the CNotes, the whole thing came flooding back to me. Excellent book, and excellent Notes. Bummer what happened when the family release an alternate version after Lee's death. Sort of tarnished the memory for me.

This is just what my son needed for school. It breaks down the book making it easier to understand and learn the key points in the book (chapter by chapter).This will be used to reinforce what he read in the book and it will help him if he missed something that he read.

Great shape. 16 yr. old read it but wasn't seeing subtleties and was surprised I knew what I was talking about with the insight from this. Occasionally in HS I used them when I couldn't get into a book. Helpful then but so much better when you use it during reading.

As a home study summary, these notes are excellent to read a either alongside each chapter or on it's own after you have finished the novel. They definitly help the student think about each event and character with regard to their relevance within the story's development. Such a great accompaniment to the novel highly recommend

I purchased this book to help my son in his GCSE English Literature exams. My son has been very happy with the way this book is presented and is looking forward to getting an excellent grade on results day!

Would recommend Cliff Notes to anyone undertaking exams. They have a great reference to each chapter and charater which is invaluable.
