I have only used this product for about a week so far I love it. It does tingle a bit shortly after you apply the cream. I dont know if its just me but i do like the tingle feeling it feels refreshing. My acne has started to heal and a few scars have lightened. I use it after i wash my face with Boire charcoal face wash. Also you dont need alot of cream. A little goes a long way.
