I find the product gives me extra fiber in my day to day living . There is no taste I add mine to tea or coffee and it easily dissolves.

1 spoon a day in cold or hot drinks/food and it’s tasteless so perfect for getting your extra fibre in your diet.

As others have said, this is a much more cost effective option than benefiber, but not flavourless. As somebody that adds soluble fibre to plain water, this isn’t quite as palatable. Neutral flavour is not flavourless, and to me has a hint of coffee. Very effective for hormonal sluggishness though 👍

Really works and actually tastes nice

This stuff is amazing! I've been struggling endlessly with 'regularity' due to having a demanding desk job and probably not moving my body as much as I should be. I take 2 scoops a day in my coffee, it's tasteless and has no texture at all. It dissolves really well in hot coffee, I've not tried it in anything else. I've not noticed any difference to sleep quality after 1 week of nonstop use, but I think overall, it's a very good product if you're just looking to help nature do it's thing.
