I’ve used a few derma rollers before and this one is easily one of the better-built options I’ve tried. The titanium needles feel sturdy and evenly spaced, not flimsy or jagged like some cheaper rollers. It rolls smoothly without snagging or dragging, which makes a big difference when you’re using it on your face or scalp. The handle has a good grip and feels solid in hand, not hollow or cheap. It’s easy to control and apply even pressure. I mainly use it for skin texture and product absorption, and I noticed less irritation compared to other rollers I’ve used in the past. If you’re consistent, this is a great at-home microneedling tool—just make sure you sanitize it properly and don’t overdo it. For the price, the quality punches above its weight. Would definitely recommend if you want something effective without paying clinic-level prices.

The roller itself seems good quality and solid, but the 0.75 size really hurts if you’re not used to microneedling. It was more painful than I expected, especially on sensitive areas. If you’re new to this, I’d go with a shorter length first. Once you get used to it, maybe then move up. It works fine, just not very comfortable starting out.

I use it on my scalp for hair growth and think it may be working. Unit is sturdy and rolls smoothly. Easy to wash or rinse after use too.

Love it
