honestly they could’ve washed this before selling this, there’s loads of hard stuff in the fur on the chest, looks like glue or paint and then there’s brown bits in it too. and then there’s a couple holes on the front by the foot. but still a bit grossed out by the fact they’ve sold a dirty hot water bottle cover and even had to pay nearly £25 for this. also the lid doesn’t screw onto the hot water bottle properly. i would like to be sent a replacement that i can actually use and isn’t dirty.
