Great product!
Great product to use if you have skin irritations, or burns. The zinc oxide is high in this ointment and very good for healing if there was burn damage or serious cuts. However, it does not have medication to prevent infection so I would recommend to use with Neosporin if the wound is more severe.

Gets rid of a diaper rash or any rash for that matter within a day. I’ve used this in both my girls tushies.

Oldie but goodie
I have used this product for years. However it usually is not carried in local stores any more. It is an all purpose cream which is good for rashes. abrasions. burns and maybe other minor irritations. I order a multi pack so I will have on hand for a while.

Can't live without it!!!
Resinol has been an ointment used as long as I can remember - and I am 69 yrs. I used it on a dog's paw that was infected with a cactus spine and it opened it up and drained, then healed. It has been good for boils, acne (excellent for this) and we use it all the time in our family for diaper rash - severe diaper rash. Can't beat this product.

I was first introduced to Resinol when I had my first child. It is the greatest thing for diaper rash and swamp butt. This makes your skin feel better and heal up.
