I believe they are 1 liter. However, I’ve found product call Liquid IV powder for H2O is much much better. I usually put 1 pack in 1 liter of H2O does wonders if you do 2 liters a day like that

Strawberry definitely. I’ve tried several flavors. Haven’t tried cherry punch. Name is a turnoff to me. Might be sweeter. IMO the strawberry is “just right”.
