Worked on an 87 350 TBI. I tired using both a paper gasket and the O-ring included and it leaked on me. Took off the paper gasket and just used the O-ring and I have not had any leaks. Looks good too! The only thing is if you have a TBI, there are some ground wires that need to attach to one of the bolts, this does NOT come with the stud type bolts my original had, so if you have a TBI youll either have to reuse your old one or ground those wires elsewhere.

I bought this for my 1990 camaro rs with a 305 tbi. There was only one review so i was a bit nervous when purchasing, that it would not fit at all. The product does physically fit and bolt on to the intake manifold. The flange is about 1/8 of an inch smaller compared to the stock thermostat housing. This leaves a portion of the intake showing which isn't a huge deal, but you should be aware of it. Another issue i had was with the supplied o ring gasket. the gasket is an o ring that fits into a groove in the housing. i had issues getting the o ring to stay in place while bolting it down. I ended using a bit of all purpose grease to get it to stay long enough to bolt it. Over all it is a good quality chrome part. I would recommend it if you are just looking for some shiny parts under your daily driver to wow your friends when you pop the hood. if you have a show car you may want to try a different product.

Fits really well, these necks come in all different angles so be careful you get the right one for your car, otherwise you may not have the clearence. This one fit perfect, has a beautiful finish and is nice heavy duty.

Ooh it does look nice, all bright and shiny; yes it does. But momentarily I was thinking plastic. Yes, it was hardly the weight of the old made it China original. Its hard to believe a 1970 CST-10 has only 20k original miles; but, its absolutely shocking that the rusty removed thermostat housing was made in China. Sed so right there stamped on the neck. But back to the plastic replacement chromed dome housing. It factually isnt plastic but it sho nuf is thin enough to weigh as though it were. Did I say it were shiny. Mr. Gasket you should be ashamed of yoself. Oh, and the bolts mite be stainless; but, you know about them mites, they grow on chickens.

Use on SBC, no leaks so far and very reusable O ring gasket.

Looks great, comes with hardware, cleans real easy, doesn't feel heavy duty but at this price who cares, also its n lo the a high stress part,if your water pressure breaks this you got something wrong

This fit my 400 small block Chevy perfect, and hasn't leaked. This added some shine to the engine with its chrome finish.
