This soft gel is easy to swallow and is small. The price is very good for the dosage, compared to other brands.

I wanted to love these, but they make the pads of my feet hurt, like statins. I guess this is probably an indication that it is working to lower cholesterol, but this makes it very hard to jog / run, which I do daily. On the plus side, they make my skin glow. Do notice more bathroom trips, so keep that in mind.
