The book is exactly what I was expecting. It really develops your spatial understanding of human form methodologically. Great drawing knowledge for all levels. However I think intermediate and advance students who are experienced but are less with this constructive type drawing will get the most out of it. This is just one way to simplify the body. Personally I think you should learn all methods and take the best from each that works for you. ;) Advice from an internet stranger.

お絵描き初心者には難しい。ポーマニなどで全身を描き写す練習をしていて、なんとなくそれらしいものが描けるようになってから見ないとわからないかも。やはり筋肉だけ、表面だけみても人は描けないから、しんどいけれど本書を真似てからだに叩き込むしかないと思いました。頑張って挑みます、、
